No.30(30/741S(1)/39) dated 11th April, 1939, from His
Majesty's Ambassador, Tokyo, (copied to the Foreign
Office as No.266) has the honour to forward for the
information of the Foreign Office copy of secret letter
No.39 of 16th May, 1939, to His Majesty's Ambassador,
Tokyo, regarding the stopping of the s.s. "Kwangtung"
off Hoihow.
